About Us
Our chambers was setup by Advocate Roshan Santhalia in the year 2012. Roshan completed his B.A. (Hons) LLB from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in the year 2011. Subsequently, Roshan attended University of Oxford in England to complete his full time postgraduate Master’s degree in the year 2012. He qualified as an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court in the year 2018. Roshan and his team of lawyers have been handling disputes in various fields of law, primary of which are intellectual property law and criminal law. Roshan`s focus area of work right from the beginning of his career has been in the domain of intellectual property law and criminal law. The team has represented various Indian and Foreign companies in contentious and non – contentious assignments relating to trademark, copyright, design and patents.
